Live Oak Friends Meeting provides Children’s Religious Education and Childcare on First and Third Sundays of each month at Temple Beth El, while adults attend Meeting for Worship. Children rejoin the adults during the final minutes of worship.

Adult Religious Education and Discussion occurs before online M eeting for Worship begins, from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. on the second and fourth Sunday of each month, except during the summer (end of May to beginning of September).

Occasionally, Live Oak Friends Meeting provides an intergenerational religious educational opportunity, especially around the time of Advent and Christmas.

Pacific Yearly Meeting’s Faith and Practice (Fé y Práctica) describes the beliefs of Friends and the structures and processes of Pacific Yearly Meeting, and its Quarterly and Monthly Meetings. It also explains the spiritual foundation of these processes and of our way of worship. It can be valuable to newcomers and old-timers alike.
